Self-lying magnetic marble and granite floor for raised metal floor

The magnetic self-lying is a solution patented Bassi Group International that allows to coat the metallic raised floor with marble or granite into the desired dimension and format, without this hams the natural inspectionability of the raised floor.

The patented self-lying system is applicable to any size of marble or granite tiles, with no thickness limit, giving to the final customer the possibility to lay tiles into the desired scheme. It’s possible, with this innovative system, to realize mosaic or chessboard special decoration. Magnetically fixed, every element is easily removable.

The magnetic side adds to the marble or granite floor less than 1 mm of thickness, guaranteeing greater grip and stability of the floor (pull resistance of 35gr/cm2), higher resistance to loads and shocks than the simple floating method.

The magnetic latching between the magnetic marble floor and the metal module of the raised floor takes place in a natural way. Instead, when the module was made with a different material, it’s enough to apply to the module itself IronFlex, metallic film.

With the magnetic self-lying system it’s possible to easily replace any item in case of damage. Just use a simple gripping tool, to lift and remove the marble tiles damaged and replace it, without breaking anything.

Each marble element is edged with a colored material realized with the same color of the tiles itself. The beading is realized with a special rubber (no cement and no PVC edging) which adds even more security to the marble’s laying, avoiding any type of chipping during installation or removal.

The raised floor’s structure maintains the module’s standard dimension 600x600mm, while the lying of marble or granite floor, finally moves away from this dimension becoming fast, clean and economic, without no using of glue or nails, making the floor immediately walkable.
