Magnets for magnetotherapy

The aim of magnetotherapy has always been to provide relief to areas of the body affected by pain.

For many years, the beneficial effects of magnetic fields on the human body has been subject to many debates that has evolved into the theory of biomagnetism.

This has inspired the creation of product lines for body treatments such as creams, food supplements and aromatherapy products, which, when magnetised, increase their healing properties. The type of magnetisation, the shape and coating are customised specifications. Even magnets and packaging can be customised with the customer's logo. Possible coatings include gold plating and nickel plating.

MAGNETIC MATERIALS FOR MAGNETOTHERAPY ARE GROUPED AS FOLLOWS:
NEODYMIUM
Sintered neodymium with high magnetic performance. Different types of coating available according to their intended use. Working temperature: up to 200°C. FERRITE: sintered ferrite. These products can reach significant magnetic properties. There are many possible shapes: segments, cylinders, rings, blocks and many others thanks to the use of moulds. Because no coatings are required, the problem of corrosion is reduced to a minimum. Maximum working temperature: up to 450°C.

magnetic flexible rubber made of plasto-ferrite, elastic, can be made in any shape. Maximum working temperature: 80°C.

Magnetic flexible rubber made of plasto-neodymium. No mould required. We create shapes and sizes depending on customer requirements; the same applies to magnetic properties and the rigidity of the profile. Maximum energy product (BH max): up to 8.5 MGOe, Residual induction (Br): up to 6500 Gauss. Suitable for industrial applications. Maximum working temperature: 100°C.
