Magnets for identification systems

This line is designed to meet industrial and retail requirements. In the industrial field, they are used to enhance products and check available stock inside a warehouse or to create magnetic signs such as directions, warnings, prohibitions and work instructions. In retail, they are used to supply ready to use products in packaging suitable for retail.  The key word is customised products and packaging. Customising a product means giving it the exact shape, colour and characteristics the customer wants. Instead customising packaging means enhancing the value of your brand. 

It is possible to create customised magnetic tape, magnetic letters, magnetic profiles, magnetic labels, magnetic buttons, magnetic badges, business cards, magnetic partitions and even magnetic assemblies on metal profiles. In the past, these applications required the use of adhesive or interlocking systems.

APPLICATION GROUPS

All our magnets are customised according to customer requirements or are made in close collaboration with the customer during the design phase.
MAGNETIC MATERIALS FOR IDENTIFICATION SYSTEMS ARE GROUPED AS FOLLOWS:
NEODYMIUM
Sintered neodymium guarantees a high force of attraction and minimum clearance. Neodymium magnets can be made into any shape and with a customised logo, or with an adhesive backing. Maximum working temperature: 200°C.

FERRITE
Sintered ferrite can be manufactured into different types of shapes: segments, cylinders, rings, blocks and many others thanks to the use of moulds. Maximum working temperature: 300°C.

MAGNETIC RUBBER Industry
Flexible magnetic rubber made of plasto-ferrite and plasto-neodymium, an elastic and flexible product, can be made into any shape or colour for customised designs: from labels with a small format to large format letters and numbers. This product can be supplied with a double-sided adhesive backing, customisable according to the type of application. Maximum working temperature: 80°C.
MAGNET
Extra powerful magnets which can be supplied with a rubber, resin, steel or plastic coating. Rear features a pin or hole for quick and easy assembly. Force of attraction up to 200 kg per item!
