Magnets for filters

This product line is designed to meet the requirements of industrial and automotive filter manufacturers in order to improve the filtering of liquids, air, fuel and oils.

These magnets are designed to capture and trap metallic particles inside filters and prevent them from entering into circulation inside the vehicle or filter system. Thanks to these magnets, it is possible to achieve high performance magnetic filtering systems in temperatures of up to 200°C even in very corrosive environments.

We dedicate a lot of importance to the research and development of materials, guaranteeing a variety of products that can be adapted to the most diverse requirements of the application in question.

Applications range from magnetic anti-scale filters to iron-removal filters, magnetic sludge removers, oil filters, air filters, fuel filters.

Magnets for filters are customised according to the customer's requirements or are made in strict collaboration with the customer during the design phase.

Magnetic filters undergo rigorous controls and are tested to ensure they comply with the required force of attraction, guaranteeing an even and constant magnetic performance.

MAGNETIC MATERIALS FOR FILTERS ARE GROUPED AS FOLLOWS:
FERRITE MAGNETIC RUBBER
Magnetic flexible rubber made of plasto-ferrite, an elastic product that can be made in any shape. Maximum working temperature: 80°C.

NEODYMIUM MAGNETIC RUBBER
Magnetic flexible rubber made of plasto-neodymium. No mould required. We create shapes and sizes depending on customer requirements; the same applies to magnetic properties and the rigidity of the profile. Maximum energy product (BH max): up to 8.5 MGOe. Residual induction (Br): up to 6500 Gauss. Suitable for industrial applications. Maximum working temperature: 100°C.
