Magnets for motors and actuators

Due to performance requirements, motors and actuators have been transformed into electrical systems with permanent magnets.

This product line is designed to help the constructors of these devices from a design perspective as well as during the  prototyping and assembly processes of magnetic bodies. The magnetic properties of the powders used are designed to suit the type of performance required. Dimensions have been increasingly reduced to reduce the weight of the motor while improving performance.

We are able to make magnetic stators and rotors for application fields that range from industrial to civil automation systems, control valves, MEMS (microelectromechanical systems) actuators, and also in the hydraulic and pneumatic sectors.

For motors: DC motors, brushless motors, torque motors, pancake motors, linear motors, step motors and any other rotating electrical device up to a maximum diameter of 1,000 mm.

As regards design and electromagnetic calculations, we collaborate with various universities such as Reggio Emilia, Modena, Aquila and Pisa. Magnetic assemblies are supplied certified, tested and with a balancing test.

All our magnets are customised according to customer requirements or are made in close collaboration with the customer during the design phase.
